The participation fee covers Latvian language classes, lectures on Latvian history and politics, art and folklore, study materials, museum visits in Riga, tours included in the programme, excursions and transportation costs Rīga-Kolka-Rīga and Rīga-Sigulda-Rīga.

The participation fee does not cover accommodation and food in Riga.
